Literature Festival Efter Bogen

Efter bogen is the name of a new literature festival at Kunsthal Aarhus created by young people with a focus on local literary initiatives and authors.
The local touch plays a central role in the composition of the program. One of the ideas behind the festival is to show what Aarhus can do in a literary context. At the festival, you can experience Sydhavnens Læseklub (Sydhavnen's Reading Club), meet Skrivekunstskolen (a Danish school for authors), try binding your own book and attend readings with authors who all have ties to Aarhus.
The festival is taking place in Kunsthal Aarhus' café area, where you can buy vegan dinner every evening between 6 and 7 pm.
Participation is free and the festival is open to everyone - whether you are a literature connoisseur or just curious and want to explore what's happening on the Aarhus literary scene.

15.00 - Sydhavnens Læseklub reads "Lageret Huset Marie" by Jonas Eika
16.30 - Conversation workshop with Skrivekunstskolen
19.00 - Reading with Ingrid Nymo and Gry Stokkendahl Dalgas
